Lavinia has significant experience across private equity, asset management, and portfolio matters, with a track record of leading complex cross-asset deals. Regarded as the “go-to legal counsel” for numerous portfolio companies, she focuses on executing high-value transactions across multiple jurisdictions, implementing management incentive plans, and managing restructurings.

Lavinia’s background includes working at a Magic Circle firm, following over five years at Partners Group, where she advanced to the position of Global Head of Portfolio Legal. During her career, Lavinia has built and managed international legal teams, provided strategic guidance on all aspects of portfolio investments, and led firmwide initiatives. She is widely recognised for her ability to bridge legal and investment functions.

Lavinia has deep expertise in the private equity, real estate and infrastructure sectors. During a secondment at Antin Infrastructure Partners, she worked on a range of acquisitions, refinancings, and management incentive plans across various jurisdictions in Europe and the US.

  • the acquisition of VSB, a European developer, owner and operator of renewable energy*

  • its sale of lab testing provider Cerba Healthcare to EQT*
  • its acquisition of EOLO, an Italian fixed wire access broadband provider*
