Connor Stevens is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s antitrust team, based in London. Connor advises clients on EU and UK competition law, including merger control, foreign direct investment, and conduct matters.

Connor trained at the firm’s London office and gained experience in the antitrust, private equity, anti-corruption and international risk, and tax teams.

Experience

  • Advised Charlesbank Capital Partners and its portfolio company Tecomet in the merger agreement between Tecomet and Orchid Orthopedic Solutions.
  • Advised EQT on its acquisition of global secondaries firm Coller Capital in a transaction understood to be the largest-ever secondaries fund manager acquisition.
  • Advised Legends Hospitality, a sports and entertainment premium experiences company, on its acquisition of ASM Global to create a global live events company.
  • Advised National Amusements, Inc. on its sale to affiliates of Skydance Media in concert with the merger of Skydance Media with Paramount Global.
  • Advised Nippon Steel Corporation on its $14 billion acquisition of U.S. Steel.
