Briana Thomas joined the Ropes & Gray’s litigation & enforcement practice group in 2024.
During law school, Briana interned with New York Legal Assistance Group and NAACP Legal Defense Fund. On campus, she co-led the Suspension Representation Project and served as communications chair of the NYU Black Law Students Association. She also held research positions with ACLU President and Professor Deborah Archer and the Meltzer Center for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging.
She is a recipient of NYU’s Root-Tilden-Kern scholarship and Ropes & Gray’s Roscoe Trimmier Jr. Diversity Scholarship.
