Konrad Thallner joined Ropes & Gray in 2019 and is an associate in the firm’s private equity group. Konrad primarily represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a wide range of domestic, cross-border and global corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, equity investments and corporate governance matters.
Konrad is a member of the firm’s Practice Technology Committee, which focuses on strategy and best practices for incorporating technology into attorneys’ daily practice.

- acquisition by Real Chemistry of Spring & Bond, a healthcare-focused digital media agency
- acquisition by Swoop of MyHealthTeams, the creator of one of the largest patient social networks in healthcare
- spinout of Swoop from Real Chemistry and related separation matters, resulting in distinct go-forward platforms
- simultaneous acquisition and combination of Donan and CCG IQ, resulting in Alpine Intel, a market leader in analytical claims services for the insurance industry
- its merger of Ciox Health with Datavant, a healthcare data platform
- Represented State Street Global Advisors in its investment in Ethic, a technology-driven asset management platform
- Represented of Aretex Capital Partners, in its sale of VettaFi, a data, analytics, digital distribution, and thought leadership company for the asset management industry, to TMX Group
