Tyler Thomas joined Ropes & Gray’s corporate department in 2024. 

During law school, Tyler participated in the Wrongful Convictions Practicum, which investigates and advocates on behalf of individuals wrongfully convicted of murder and serious felonies. Tyler also served as the co-president of Outlaw, an affinity group for LGBTQ+ and ally students. Additionally, Tyler completed internships with the Honorable Gregory H. Woods at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office in the Medicaid Fraud Division. 

Before law school, Tyler worked for a non-profit health policy research organization in Washington, D.C. and volunteered as a crisis counselor for LGBTQ+ youth.
