Rachel Varon joined Ropes & Gray’s New York office in 2025 as a member of the data, privacy & cybersecurity group.
Rachel earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where she served as a staff editor for the Law Review and contributed as a research assistant in the Health and Bioethics department. Rachel was recognized with the Dean’s Award for excellence in health law coursework. Prior to attending law school, Rachel worked in the professional information services sector in New York, with a focus on the biotech and pharmaceutical industries.
