Brandon Winer is an associate in the firm’s private equity group. He focuses his practice on representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in their most complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, cross-border transactions, minority investments, recapitalization transactions, liquidity events and corporate governance across a broad range of industries, including healthcare, software and technology, digital infrastructure and consumer products and services.

During law school, Brandon served as editor-in-chief of the Boston University Law Review and competed on the Boston University School of Law’s mock trial team. Before attending law school, Brandon worked as a paralegal in the non-capital habeas corpus unit of the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the District of Nevada.
