Suzie joined Ropes & Gray in 2025 as an associate in the firm’s data, privacy and cybersecurity practice. Suzie advises on complex privacy and cybersecurity matters including corporate transactions, incident response, and global compliance programs. She has experience drafting cross-border data transfer agreements for financial services firms and regularly navigates multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks for public companies, private equity firms, pharmaceutical manufacturers and technology start-ups.
A native German speaker, Suzie spent a year at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz studying German corporate law and comparative EU law, which she leverages in her work to advise clients on cross-border compliance matters.
