Michael Youn is an associate in the private equity group. He represents private equity clients and their portfolio companies in a range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, minority investments, add-ons, co-investments, carve-outs, recapitalizations, and dispositions. He also advises on general corporate and governance matters.

- Represented Aquiline Capital Partners in connection with the carve-out acquisition of SEI Investment Company’s Family Office Services business, a provider of technology and outsourced services supporting the accounting, investment management, and reporting functions of family offices and family office divisions of financial intermediaries.
- Represented Rubicon Founders in connection with the acquisition of Horizon Infusions, a provider of ambulatory infusion services.
- Represented Kanders & Company in connection with the acquisition of certain antenna and test equipment businesses from L3Harris Technologies.
- Represented CCMP Growth Advisors in connection with the formation of Omnia Exterior Solutions, a provider of residential roofing and exterior remodeling services, and its various add-on acquisitions, including Ace Roofing and Black Hills Exteriors.
- Represented Vision Ridge Partners in connection with the sale of Vanguard Renewables, a provider of organics-to-renewable energy solutions.

- Represented H.I.G. Capital in connection with the acquisition of Oxford Global Resources, a provider of specialty staffing and consulting services.
- Represented American Industrial Partners in connection with the acquisition of Domtar Corporation’s Personal Care Business, a manufacturer and marketer of adult incontinence and infant diapers and related products.
- Represented Kohlberg & Company in connection with the acquisition of Area Wide Protective (AWP), a provider of traffic control and safety services to utilities and infrastructure customers.
