Notice Regarding Privacy of Information Collected On Internet From Consumers: Applies to an "operator" that (i) owns or operates an Internet website or online service for commercial purposes; (ii) collects and maintains personal information from Nevada residents who use or visit the Internet website or online service; and (iii) purposefully directs its activities toward Nevada, completes some transaction with Nevada or a Nevada resident, purposefully avails itself of the privilege of conducting activities in Nevada, or otherwise engages in any activity that has a sufficient connection to Nevada

 Nevada Consumer Health Data Privacy Act: Applies to "regulated entities" that

• conduct business in Nevada or produce or provide products or services targeted to Nevada consumers; AND
• alone or with others, determine the purpose and means of processing, sharing, or selling consumer health data

Consumer health data: personally identifiable information that is linked or reasonably capable of being linked to a consumer and that a regulated entity uses to identify the past, present or future health status of the consumer, where a "consumer" means both Nevada residents as well as individuals whose consumer health data is collected in Nevada
