Ropes & Gray Advises on $1.8 Billion Sale of Weetabix

International law firm Ropes & Gray is advising Baring Private Equity Asia on its sale, alongside the Shanghai-based Bright Food Group, of British breakfast cereal brand Weetabix to U.S.-based cereal company Post Holdings. The Ropes & Gray team is being led by private equity partners Will Rosen (London) and Peng Yu (Hong Kong), supported by associates Elizabeth Todd and Narsimh Singh (both of London) and Boxin Wang (Hong Kong), together with antitrust partner Ruchit Patel and associate Charlotte Brunsdon (both of London).
