Tatiana is an associate in Ropes & Gray’s asset management group. Tatiana represents private fund sponsors and institutional investors across a variety of matters, including fund formation and governance, primary and secondary offerings, and co-investments. She also maintains an active pro bono practice in housing and family law. While at Boston College Law School, Tatiana was a senior student attorney in the Civil Litigation Clinic. Prior to law school, she worked for a Boston based nonprofit in a young adult engagement and fundraising position.
