Kris Kenn joined Ropes & Gray’s health care practice group in 2022. Kris attended Northwestern University Law School as part of the JD/PhD joint degree program, graduating concurrently from law school with a doctorate in sociology. Her dissertation focused on peoples’ perceptions of and reactions to corporate actions relating to privacy and the widespread misunderstanding of HIPAA during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to graduate school, Kris worked in Washington, D.C. as a white collar and appellate legal assistant at another global law firm and a research associate for a progressive, appellate-focused constitutional firm.
