On June 8, private equity partner Othon Prounis (New York) will speak at the International Bar Association’s 15th Annual International Mergers and Acquisitions Conference, to be held in New York.
Mr. Prounis, along with other speakers, will participate as panelists on “Private Equity Today,” a session that will focus on legal issues in representing private equity firms today, as well as advising counterparties in current transactions with private equity firms.
The two-day conference is presented by the IBA Corporate and M&A Law Committee, supported by the IBA North American Regional Forum, and brings together practitioners from around the world to discuss the latest developments and hot topics in international M&A law. Other topics on the agenda include:
