Anti-Corruption Team Hosts Second Virtual Roundtable Focused on Latin America and COVID-19

On April 30, 2020, Ropes & Gray’s anti-corruption and international risk attorneys hosted the second event in their virtual “Cafecito con Ropes & Gray” series. The casual, Chatham House Rule virtual roundtable discussions aim to address anti-bribery and anti-corruption concerns for businesses operating in Latin America during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

In this latest discussion, partners Nick Berg and María González Calvet examined compliance risks that the crisis has brought on companies operating in Latin America and offered recommendations for how to mitigate these risks. Attendees included firm clients and compliance officers operating in Latin America.
