Health care partner and co-chair Deborah Gersh and heath care partner Ben Wilson will present at the Consero Healthcare General Counsel Forum in Austin, Texas.
Ben will present October 16 on “Population Health Strategies for Addressing Social Care Needs and Advancing Health Equity.” His presentation will analyze how health system general counsel establishing new access points in underserved areas or partnering with payors, startups or community-based organizations often face novel legal issues relating to data privacy and security, reimbursement program requirement, and fraud and abuse, among others.
Deborah will present October 17 on “Innovation, Data and Digital Health: Practical Tips and Emerging Trends.” She will be joined by panelists Sarah DiBoise, Stanford University, Deputy General Counsel health care; Jason Stevens, Wellstar Health System, Senior Vice President and Deputy General counsel; and Matt Vanderpool, Solis Mammography, Chief Compliance Officer and Assistant General Counsel.
