Mergers and acquisitions partners Tara Fisher and Matthew Byron will moderate presentations at the TechGC M&A Conference in New York City on March 6.
Tara will moderate the “M&A Today: How is 2024 Different?” panel with MIM Software General Counsel Alexandra Jorgensen, LULA Chief Financial Officer Timocin Pervane and Thorne Chief Financial Officer Saloni Varma. The discussion will examine the key elements of transactions that general counsel and CFOs should consider across risk management, integration, regulatory and antitrust developments in the 2024 M&A environment.
Matthew will co-lead a roundtable discussion entitled “M&A in Special Situations” with Meetup General Counsel David Diesenhouse. The discussion will explore M&A transactions in a range of special situations, such as distressed sales, spinoffs, divestitures, dual-track processes and more.
