Ropes & Gray welcomed business professionals and industry leaders on Tuesday, May 21, to Catalyst Restaurant in Cambridge for its first summit for life sciences companies that are considering launching an IPO.
“We’re grateful to our panelists and attendees who helped make our first life sciences IPO accelerator event a resounding success,” said Marc Rubenstein, co-managing partner of Ropes & Gray’s Boston office and co-chair of the firm’s Life Sciences and Healthcare industry group.
Ropes & Gray partners Tara Fisher, Tom Fraser and Will Michener moderated the conversations and shared their experience advising clients on IPOs.
The panelists included representatives from Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Atlas Venture, Foghorn Therapeutics, Disc Medicine, Transmedics, PwC, Milestone Advisors, Solebury Strategic Communications and Workiva.
