Ropes & Gray hosted “Navigating ESG Regulation and Compliance: The Impact of the 2024 Election,” a Nov. 7 webinar that provided a first look at the potential implications for ESG regulation and compliance in the aftermath of last week’s federal and state elections.

Panelists discussed a range of ESG-related regulation and compliance topics of specific relevance to public corporations and asset managers, including federal regulation and policy, congressional engagement, what to expect from the states, and the litigation and enforcement environment.

The webinar was moderated by partner Michael Littenberg, global head of the firm’s ESG, CSR and Business and Human Rights practice.
