In part three of a four-part webinar series, anti-corruption & international risk co-chairs María González Calvet, Amanda Raad, and Ryan Rohlfsen, and litigation & enforcement partner Samantha Badlam, will discuss anti-corruption enforcement trends, following the February 10 executive order that paused new investigations and enforcement actions under the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) for 180 days.
The webinar, being held June 16, 12pm-1pm ET, will explore recently updated Department of Justice guidance, including the “unpausing” of FCPA enforcement, as well as global developments in the UK such as the SFO’s new guidance, and developments in Europe and Latin America.
The fourth webinar in this series will be held over the coming weeks.
