Asset management counsel Eli Rosenbaum presented on the panel “Private Funds Legal Tech x AI” at the Wolters Kluwer offices in New York City on February 12. The panel was presented by private funds newsletter Cash and Carried, in collaboration with Wolters Kluwer, a global provider of information, software and services to law and other professional service firms.
The panel addressed how AI-enabled software and platforms are being used by private fund managers, investors, and their internal and external counsel. Other panelists were from Fried Frank, as well as legal tech firms Syntheia and Sandstone, and the audience included in-house and firm lawyers, investors, as well as representatives from a number of legal tech firms, including Harvey, Legora, Ontra, Hebbia, and Centari.
Eli Rosenbaum is co-leader of the Ropes & Gray institutional investor practice, where he advises some of the largest and most prominent limited partners in private funds. Eli serves on the Ropes & Gray asset management technology task force, where he is helping spearhead the firm’s adoption and implementation of AI.
