Asset management partner Eve Ellis and partner Michael Littenberg, global head of the firm’s ESG, corporate social responsibility and business and human rights compliance practice, will present at the Responsible Investment Forum: New York.
The event brings together more than 450 institutional investors, fund managers and industry thought leaders to discuss sustainable investment opportunities. The conference is focused on how environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives can be used to drive returns within private equity investments in areas of sustainability.
On March 18, Eve will present on the panel entitled “Global sustainability regulations: notable developments and cost-efficiency in compliance” The panel will address topics including what cost-efficient frameworks are in place for meeting overlapping regulatory requirements at a fund and portfolio level and how firms ensure robust, but defensible, disclosures.
On March 19, Michael will speak on the panel entitled “Navigating the policy, regulatory and tariff shift: adapting to a moving target.” The panel will examine topics including understanding material changes in regulations with implications for sustainability efforts and navigating the new policy environment.
