Jessica will speak on the panel “Session G: Eying the Future: ETFs in 2026 and Beyond.” Panelists will discuss developments shaping the ETF market, including share class innovation, new product launches, tokenization of ETFs and investments in digital assets, and will explore the opportunities and risks ahead.
Katie will speak on the panel “How to Foster an Ethical Culture.” Panelists will discuss the importance of organizational cultures that emphasize ethical behavior and will explore strategies for encouraging ethical leadership and reinforcing ethical practices across firms. Katie’s focus is on using behavior focused strategies in supporting speaking up.
