ARAMARK will acquire all outstanding shares of Van Houtte USA Holdings Inc., also known as the Van Houtte U.S. Coffee Service business, or “Filterfresh,” from Green Mountain Coffee Roasters. The planned sale, announced Aug. 29, is subject to regulatory approval, and the final purchase price may be adjusted depending on Filterfresh’s working capital and indebtedness immediately before closing.
The Ropes & Gray team advising Green Mountain Coffee Roasters was led by Boston-based mergers & acquisitions partner Jane Goldstein and included associate Taylor Hart.
Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, recognized for its award-winning coffees and innovative Keurig® Single-Cup brewing technology, has been a longtime Ropes & Gray client.
