Ropes & Gray represented Cressey and Company, LP, SV Life Sciences LLP and Dallas-based Homecare Homebase, LLC, a software firm focused on the homecare and hospice market, in an agreement to sell an 85 percent equity stake in Homecare Homebase, LLC to The Hearst Corporation, a family-owned media and information company. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed, and the transaction is expected to close by year-end. Homecare Homebase is a portfolio company of Cressey & Company, LP and SV Life Sciences LLP.
