Ropes & Gray represented Easton-Bell on the $330 million sale of the Easton baseball and softball business in a deal announced on Feb. 13. Easton-Bell Sports will retain the Easton Hockey and Easton Cycling businesses.
The deal is subject to regulatory approvals.
