Ropes & Gray Advises TSG in Sale of Hair Care Companies to Henkel

Ropes & Gray represented TSG Consumer Partners in the sale of two leading hair care companies, SexyHair and Kenra, to German consumer products company Henkel. As part of the transaction, which was announced June 2 and closed June 30, Henkel also acquired a third hair care brand, Alterna, from TSG. The total deal value for the three companies is approximately US$370 million.
