Ropes & Gray represented middle-market private equity firm Charlesbank Capital Partners in its acquisition of HDT Global from Metalmark Capital. HDT Global, based in Solon, Ohio, is a leading provider of solutions aimed at creating and controlling environmental conditions to protect equipment and personnel, with customers including the U.S. military, international governments and large industrial companies. The transaction was announced on Sept. 16, and financial terms were not disclosed.
The Ropes & Gray team included mergers & acquisitions partner Jane Goldstein (Boston/New York), private equity partner Kendrick Chow (Boston) and private equity associate Adam Leamon (Boston).
