Ropes & Gray counseled San Francisco-based private investment firm Altamont Capital Partners in connection with its planned acquisition of Cotton Patch Cafe, LLC, announced Feb. 13. Cotton Patch Cafe is a scratch-made Southern food restaurant concept with 45 locations in Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Ropes & Gray team included private equity partner Howard Glazer (San Francisco) and tax partner Amanda Holt (Boston).
