Private equity partners Jason Freedman (San Francisco) and Neill Jakobe (Chicago) have been named winners of The M&A Advisor’s 6th Annual 40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders Awards in the Legal Advisor category. The award recognizes high achieving young men and women in M&A, financing and restructuring for their notable accomplishments in business and in service to the community. Evaluation and selection of the nominees was completed by an independent judging panel.
