Based in Bedminster, N.J., PSKW provides solutions that expand patient access and affordability for prescription drugs. From co-pay assistance cards, vouchers and debit cards to digital tools and pharmacy adjudication network, PSKW serves over 300 pharmaceutical brand teams to drive medication loyalty, compliance and adherence.
San Francisco, Calif.-based Genstar Capital is a private equity firm that targets investments focused on selected sectors within the financial services, software, industrial technology and health care industries.
The investment was announced Oct. 7. No financial details were disclosed.
