Health Care Partner Presents on Value-Based Care at Consero’s Healthcare General Counsel Forum on Oct. 24

Health care partner Deborah Gersh (Chicago) participated in a panel titled “Challenges & Innovations In The Transition To Value-Based Healthcare” during the Healthcare General Counsel Forum hosted by Consero in Coral Gables, Florida on Oct. 23-25. The discussion focused on the momentous transformation that the health care industry is undergoing as a result of the current shift towards a value-based care system. The panelists discussed various innovative payment and service delivery models developed in connection with value-based health care as well as legal challenges and opportunities presented by these new models.
