IP litigation partner Jim Batchelder (Silicon Valley) hosted the firm’s third diversity roundtable on April 18 for in-house counsel from leading Bay Area companies. The roundtable featured a “mini-hackathon,” in which participants brainstormed ideas and action plans for fostering inclusiveness. The evening also included a presentation by Talmetrix, a minority-run technology company that helps organizations capture and analyze data on employee engagement and inclusive culture.
