Health care partner Tom Bulleit (Washington, D.C.) is quoted in an Oct. 16 Modern Healthcare article that discusses a lawsuit filed by attorneys general from 19 states against President Trump. The lawsuit argues that the administration violated federal law when it ordered the immediate end of the Obamacare subsidies to health insurance companies.
Mr. Bulleit suggests that whatever the outcome of the lawsuit, the President’s actions are unlikely to trigger a complete breakdown in the Obamacare health insurance exchange markets for 2018.
