- Baring Private Equity Asia on its $430m acquisition of a 30% stake in software services company NIIT Tech
- Bain Capital Credit on its $144m investment – via its India Resurgence Fund, a JV with Piramal Enterprises – in New Delhi-based Panacea Biotec
