A Ropes & Gray team represented McNally Capital in its investment in Altamira Technologies Corporation. Altamira delivers innovative analytics and engineering solutions to the U.S. national security community. McNally Capital invested in the transaction alongside ClearSky, a venture capital/growth equity firm, and Nio Advisors, LLC. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. A press release announced the deal on July 24.
