Ropes & Gray advised NFP Corp., a leading insurance broker and consultant, in the issuance of its senior secured bonds. The transaction closed on May 8. Terms of the refinancing were not publicly disclosed.
NFP is one of the largest privately owned brokers in the United States. The recent refinancing builds on Ropes & Gray's successful relationship with NFP dating back to its go-private transaction in 2013.
