Ropes & Gray advised Vista Equity Partners Fund VII, L.P. in the recapitalization of Infoblox Inc. The recapitalization included a significant investment from Warburg Pincus LLC, which became an equal partner with Vista in their investment in Infoblox. The transaction was announced on Sept. 8.
