Ropes & Gray advised Park Place Technologies, a portfolio company of Charlesbank and GTCR, in its agreement to acquire Curvature, which describes itself as the global leader in independent, multi-vendor support and pre-owned network and data center equipment.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction closed on Nov. 10th.
