Ropes & Gray advised Cove Hill Partners and Storable, a supplier of cloud-based access control, management software, marketing, payment processing, website development and other services to the self-storage industry, in connection with EQT Private Equity’s majority investment in Storable. The transaction was announced on Dec. 16.
