The LCLD is an organization made up of more than 350 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners focused on building a more open and diverse legal profession.
The LCLD Pathfinder program is comprised of diverse, high-potential attorneys at the beginning of their careers who are looking to develop practical skills and tools. The goal of the program is to help foster internal professional networks, foundational leadership skills, and an understanding of career development strategies that is applicable to both in-house and law firm practice among its participants.
