Pro bono client Capital Clubhouse is a finalist in District of Columbia Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton’s community project funding initiative. Capital Clubhouse was named a funding finalist along with nine other candidates including Children’s National Hospital and MedStar Washington Hospital Center. For a project to receive funding, it must be included in the version of the appropriations bill that is passed by the U.S. House and Senate and signed into law.
Health care partner Margaux Hall (Washington, D.C.) has long represented Capital Clubhouse, a nonprofit organization serving people in the Washington, D.C. area living with mental illness, during its creation of a community health center to expand membership and activities.
