As more companies announce their return-to-office plans, labor & employment partner Doug Brayley continues to be sought after for his insights on vaccine mandates and workplace protocols by both Ropes & Gray clients and the national news media.
In a July 22 Chicago Tribune story, Doug weighed in on how companies are applying different rules for vaccinated and unvaccinated employees in the workplace. In a July 23 New York Times story, Doug discussed the future of vaccine mandates by employers as a wave of the contagious Delta variant began to cause many employers to reevaluate their requirements. Again in the New York Times on August 3, Doug noted that companies seem to be increasingly mandating Covid-19 vaccinations.
Doug was also an on-air guest on Chicago NPR affiliate WBEZ Chicago’s “Reset” on August 3, discussing what employers and employees should know about workplace rights during Covid-19 and taking questions from callers.
