Ropes & Gray advised global alternative investment firm H.I.G. Capital in an affiliate acquisition of Oxford Global Resources, a leading provider of specialty staffing and consulting services in the United States and Europe, from ASGN Incorporated. The transaction was announced on August 17. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Oxford offers on-demand consulting talent serving over 2,200 clients in practice areas including life sciences, information technology, engineering and healthcare.
