Ropes & Gray has advised Partners Group, a leading global private markets firm, acting on behalf of its clients, on its programmatic joint venture with ARA Dunedin, a European-focused real estate investor and manager, to build up a £250m UK logistics platform and on the joint venture’s first acquisition of a seven-asset portfolio from Regional REIT for £45m. This 801,787 sq. ft. portfolio consists of assets located in Bromborough, Erith, Nottingham, Scunthorpe, Telford, Winsford and Wisbech. ARA Dunedin is the minority partner in the joint venture and is appointed as asset manager.
