Ropes & Gray represented AHF Products and its majority owner American Industrial Partners in the sale of AHF Products, the largest U.S. wood flooring manufacturer, to Paceline Equity Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction was announced in a press release.

American Industrial Partners is an operationally oriented private equity firm that has completed more than 100 transactions and currently has approximately $8 billion of assets under management on behalf of leading pensions, endowments, and financial institutions.
