Ropes & Gray represented GHO Capital in the sale of its stake in BioAgilytix, a leading global contract research organization (CRO), to Cinven. Cinven will acquire a majority stake in BioAgilytix while current majority investor Cobepa, S.A. will remain a minority investor in the company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction was announced on Nov. 17 in a press release.
