Ropes & Gray represented The Vistria Group on its acquisition of BioCare, Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The deal was announced on Nov. 8 in a press release.
BioCare is a specialty pharmaceutical distribution partner that provides distribution, specialty pharmacy and logistics services. The Vistria Group is a purpose-driven private investment firm focused on investing in middle market companies in the healthcare, education, and financial services sectors.
