Ropes & Gray Represents TSG Consumer Partners in its Acquisition of Super Star Car Wash

Ropes & Gray represented TSG Consumer Partners in connection with its acquisition of a majority stake in Super Star Car Wash. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction, which was signed on Nov. 9, closed on Dec. 22.

Super Star Car Wash, based in Phoenix, Arizona, is a family-owned business with 35 locations spanning the Southwest and West Coast in Arizona and California with expansion planned for Colorado in early 2022.
