Ropes & Gray litigation & enforcement associate Munachimso (Chimso) Okoji and health care associate Ivette Sanchez have been named Ropes & Gray’s members of the 2022 class of Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinders. LCLD is an organization of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners—the leadership of the profession—who have pledged themselves to creating a truly diverse U.S. legal profession.
The Pathfinder program is a seven-month professional program designed to train early-career attorneys on foundational leadership and relationship-building. The program provides participants with the opportunity to learn from top leaders in the legal profession along with experts in the fields of learning and development and executive coaching. Pathfinders will have several opportunities to interact and network with their peers, both in person and in a virtual format. This is in addition to the exclusive leadership and professional-development curriculum that has always distinguished the LCLD Pathfinder Program.
Ropes & Gray’s membership in LCLD reflects the firm’s long-standing commitment to fostering an inclusive community of professionals. To learn more about the firm’s commitment to diversity, click here.
